A Short Biography
Between worlds, by design.
Dr. Lyubov Laroche has spent more than two decades helping people communicate, learn and lead across cultural and disciplinary lines. Her practice draws on higher-education teaching, K–12 classroom experience, doctoral research in leadership, and consulting work with international teams and institutions.
The through-line is a simple conviction: the most interesting work happens in the third space — the ground that opens up when two different perspectives agree to build something together rather than defend their own edges.
